This qualification has been developed to support anyone who’s operating at a supervisory or management level including up to Senior Management. The STAR Operational Coaching® and Management qualification provides you with the knowledge and new skills, which will enable you to adopt and then use coaching-related behaviours as a part of your everyday management style. Use of these techniques will help you to better engage and motivate direct reports, peers and other colleagues to drive up performance and productivity.
This qualification will also provide you with the knowledge and skills to use these Operational Coaching® behaviours in planned, developmental management settings such as 1-2-1s, goal setting and reviews, performance management and succession planning, or in the development of overall team performance as a part of a wider continuous performance improvement approach.
