Delivering Return on investment.

We play a key role in working within the Apprenticeship and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector as advisors, influencers and subject matter experts working on the principle that organisations “don’t know what they don’t know”.

We do this within a measurable impact model whereby the costs of engaging with Seren Skills are recovered through the savings and impact of what we provide by way of deliverables

Creating a strategic partnership with apprenticeships and businesses.

Apprenticeships, traditionally been seen as a vocational route to employment or the certification of skills, and not as a route to train and certificate professional careers. To that end, many employers have been missing out on the use of apprenticeships as part of a holistic people strategy for their business. The apprenticeship sector is therefore playing catch up in this regard whilst also having to break down “rite of passage” stigma’s that is found in some professions.
